Storyboard

Storyboard is a visual communication tool that allows users to create and tell a story.  Students will become engaged in personalizing their story - designing their scenes, managing their people, including props and images.  This could easily be distracting, so would need to be prefaced with a specific task or story to tell.  It’s certainly a unique way to give a presentation and allow youth to personalize as they demonstrate learning.
Lessons designed could be adapted to all age groups, from spelling practice to giving a presentation on a certain topic.  Teachers will also appreciate visual tools available to assign tasks or create rubrics.

Classroom packages do not collect personal student data.  The tool does not support using photos of children under 13, so depending on intended use, age groups should be considered.  It is available in browser, as will as with Android and iPads.  There is a fee for classroom versions, $1.95 per student, per year, up to 150 students.  Other package rates are available.
