Carlene Bouley Module 5 Collaboration Task:  Class Dojo
Note: Highlighted area is the score.  If not highlighted it
is Not Applicable.

I was first introduced to Class Dojo when my stepson’s
vocational tech teacher invited me to Class Dojo for
Parents to keep track of his progress at the Tech School.
This is a useful tool for teachers as it allows teachers to
communicate with parents on anything that the students
are doing in the classroom.  One can share videos and
photos of projects.  Additionally, it gives teachers the
capability to direct message parents at any time.  There are
downloadable tools available to communicate to parents
i.e. Parent letter and informational presentations.  It is
free and can work from any device.  The tutorials are easily
accessible and easy to understand.  The limitation that
I see is that it works only as well as the person who uses
it.  My son’s teacher set this up in August and invited parents
however, I have yet to see any updates, messages or
communication from the teacher via Class Dojo.
