TweetDeck is a great way to keep up with what is going on with Twitter in an organized way.
Efficiency (teacher) - 3 A teacher who was using twitter either professionally or in the classroom would find this beneficial.
User Friendly (teacher) - 3 User friendly.
Cost - 3 Free.
Validity - 3 Constantly updated and once you have set up your “decks” it is very organized.
Safety - 2 Safety settings would be made within Twitter itself.
DOK - 1 This doesn’t really hit a target itself. You could work without it in Twitter, but it does help with the organizational peice.
Monitoring Capability - 2 Teacher can see, but not edit what is written.
Permission - 1 Not permitted for students.
Student Use - 2 Students could get on without it.
User Friendly (student) - 2 Students will need help getting things set up.
Student Engagement - 2 Students do not seem partial to this particular site.
