Summary
Google Forms is part of the Google Docs collection that allows the teacher to create a survey, exit ticket, or even a mini lesson which students can complete. Then the results are organized for review, in a spreadsheet. I see so much potential in this tool. I want to use this mainly for exit tickets to regularly check for understanding and allow the students to submit questions concerning homework. I can review the spreadsheet before class and that can guide my instruction for the next class. One feature that got me super excited was the ability to include a video. This would work great for a flipped classroom setting. Students could watch videos at home and respond to included questions and I can adjust my lessons accordingly. This tool will definitely benefit my proficiency based classroom in the future.
