Carlene Bouley Module 5 Collaboration Task:  Screencast-o-Matic
Note: Highlighted area is the score.  If not highlighted it

Screencast-o-matic is a free screen recording tool that allows us to create and share recorded
screens.   This is useful for teachers to assist students with modifications who need a task or an
assessment read to them, or to flip a classroom where the student watches the video in preparation
for the class.  The free features limit the recording times to 15 minutes and one can only publish to
YouTube.  However, the pro-feature provides for longer recording times and more places to publish like
Google Drive and Vimeo.  The pro features are for a fee however.  Overall, this a wonderful tool to
allow students to access content, facilitated by the teacher, any time they can.
