Screen Chomp is an iPad App (free) that teachers can use to place content area material on. Teachers can upload audio and video clips for students to watch and listen to. If you have ever used a whiteboard in your classroom, Screen Chomp will come very naturally to you, as it has a number of "whiteboard type" applications built into it.
Screen Chomp is created by teachers for teachers (and students). Teachers could use Screen Chomp to post short snippets of content related to their class. Screen Chomp would be an appropriate tool for a flipped classroom, where students are asked to preview information at home on their own and then they would be assessed on this content the following class.
The following is my ranking of Screen Chomp using my rubric:
