Nearpod

Nearpod is an app presentational tool that has built in short assessments. Think about it as PowerPoint/Keynot that students can interact with and teachers can use to assess student knowledge.

Nearpod really adds a lot of spice to your basic slideshow presentation and can add a lot of interactivity to your lessons as well. It is free to create a presentation but some activities charge to get access to. Students and teachers can create their own content and share to their students or classmates by sharing the pin. An added bonus is the assessment features which allow the teachers to view and share student responses in real time.
