Google Docs
Open a
Google Account, create documents, presentations that are stored in your Google
drive or shared with others. You can collaborate with others by adding
their email address and sharing your document with them. It allows
several people to work on one document, which is great for all teachers to
contribute to one document, such as sharing student assessment scores, class
lists, creating meeting agendas, etc. For students, this is also a great
collaboration tool for them to create a project with all members of the group
contributing. Very easy to use and widely accepted in a broad spectrum of
other applications.
