In a language classroom, this would be a great way for students to keep track of new vocabulary. They could clip unknown words/phrases from a news article to look up later. Phraseum also allows you to save text from non-web-based sources such as word documents or pdf. The advantage of web content is that it will save a link back to the original site from where you copied it. Because Phraseum lets you tag your entries, you can search through other users' clips to copy to your own lists. You can even follow other users if you see that someone clips a lot of things relevant to you.
